R E Y N O L D ' S   C O M P L E X

   

Here's the Reynold's Complex, (and it is sort of complicated) including Reynold's 'Hill' proper and two connected neighbor formations to the immediate northwest, Granite Staircase (GC) and Gorilla Rock (GR).  As shown in the photo above, taken of the southeast exposure, Reynold's proper is subdivided into Reynolds Right (RR), Reynold's Left (RL), and Reynold's SouthEast (RE).  There's also a subdivision called the Vertical Freeway (VF) slightly south of RE.  Note the common approach trail from the Reynolds Parking Area off of Road # 700 (in yellow on the photo, in red on the schematic).  'CC' is the Crow Creek Crossing.

The schematic on the right corresponds to 'B' on the orientation map shown at the bottom of the INTRO PAGE.  On it you can also see several more formations unattached to the Reynolds Complex, generally to the east, that are called "The Outback".
